Herceg Kinga, founding attorney of the Herceg Kinga Law Office, is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the “Babeș–Bolyai” University of Cluj-Napoca, holding a degree in Forensic Science and a master's degree in European Law and National Business Law. She began practising as an attorney in 2019. She is currently entitled to provide legal assistance, draft procedural documents and plead before the District Courts, Tribunals and Courts of Appeal.

Before joining the Cluj Bar, attorney Herceg Kinga practised law as a legal counsel, gaining experience in both the private and the public sector. She provided legal advice and representation mainly in the fields of insurance, labour law, intellectual property rights and business law.

Over the years she has gained experience in other branches of law as well; today the office's founding attorney provides legal assistance and representation primarily in disputes concerning civil law, family law, administrative law, minor-offence law and criminal law. She is equally active in advisory work, especially in the field of commercial and financial law, with a particular focus on the issues faced by small and medium-sized enterprises.

She speaks English and Hungarian fluently, and German at an intermediate level.
